Description

We will confirm your appointment 24-48 hours prior to your scheduled time via telephone and/or email. Please make sure we have your updated contact information. We ask for 24 hour notice if you need to change your appointment time. This gives us a chance to schedule another client in your place. Any appointment cancelled without a 24 hour notice will be billed a $50 fee. If a standing appointment is missed or cancelled 3 times, patient forfeits standing appointments and will require a non-refundable deposit for the following scheduled appointment, 

There are NO REFUNDS for any services rendered, or products that were opened and used. You may exchange your paid, unused services for other services in our facility.
